Well I joined this company in the month of jan 2015.This is the most horrible company I have ever worked with. This company must be taken into some serious action otherwise they fall into a big hell. Even if you perform they will not give salary hike and there is a huge difference in the salary hike even with the same rating. They must be take a new salary processing.
Also if you are non experienced and your manager is experienced and all your team members are experienced then don’t expect a good working environment they only force you to push their work pressure on yourself. You must be a contract but they dony care about any contract. I have also seen them terminating people for small reasons. Its not a good company for fresher.Also they will release you whenever they want and will ask you to leave after 30 Days if you don’t get a project. They just irritating you and dont pay according promising. You get promotion without reference.
