LifeCell International Pvt Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have purchased the service from LifeCell a few days my CRM number is 200000900120.
The purchase experience was the only thing which went quick and great, rest of the things were not as good as we expect from a genuine company.
They did not tell me the terms and conditions and ironically they did not take my signs anywhere, now the question is if they are storing my baby's stem cell isn't it required to have my signature? Of course it should be as stem cell is most private, and owned property of the baby.
Now the interesting part, as soon I realized I should not have chosen them I mailed them just after 3 days of purchase for canceling my order which I didn't confirm through email. I got a reply to pay the 7500/- back to them to cancel the order. When I called them their customer care was unresponsive. They never replied me with a genuine justified answer, they only kept mailing me same thing which is pay the 7500/- in xyz account.
Now when I called their executive who processed my order he said that company has to pay my salary and recover other expenses like visiting a customer and that is why they charging me that amount and in the end he threatened me saying that he and his boss are locals and if I kept call to them they will fix it personally(As he knew that I am an outsider).
I only want to say that LifeCell should be more sensitive towards its customers and provide them more justified answers for what they are charging me 7500/-, the delivery is still two months away, I had just one meeting which was demo with their executive and the important question is if I would not have chosen them do they still charge for a visit?
