It cannot get any worse than this.
Licious promises to deliver good quality products but delivers stale, smelly, bad quality products.
Licious promises to deliver in 90 minutes but the delivery person does not turn up even after 2 hours.
Licious writes to you saying they are sorry and that they will refund your money. And just like everything else they do not live up to this promise as well.
I have been left high and dry so many times that I have finally decided to delete the app(after telling the customer care executive that this is what I would do).
One of the worst in the service industry.
If they want to survive it is time they kept the promises they make.
