Branch Manager Attitude/Behavior. Review on LIC Life Insurance

I am a Senior citizen Aged 70yrs. The other day I had the misfortune of interacting with a so called senior staff/Branch manager. I have never seen such an arrogant Moron in my life. He was forgetting the fact that he had come to my house. His behavior was ghastly. He was behaving like an Union leader with some political affiliation. He even started arguing with my wife. Finally I had to go to the extent of asking him to leave my house. These type of Morons have become Branch Managers not because of their merit. Its through reservations or back door appointment. Really disgusting. Its really a shame on LIC for employing such Morons, who do not value not respect the Customer. Even the Supreme Court has said in few of their judgements " The Insurance companies do not exist if there are no premium paying Customer ". Its really Sad that this type of Morons continue to rule the roost in Public Sector undertaking. They are supposed to be Public servants. I intend to escalate and take it to the concerned and this joker gets what he deserves.
