I had some problem with their service initially but after 4 months, I could say it really is a very nice book service. They don't keep reminding you in case you keep the book for a little longer and the delivery service is pretty quick. The executives are very friendly and tries you to give a nice experience every time you order a book. Book conditions are nice and new books are readily available although you may need to wait for some time to get them but that sort of thing is expected in a rental service.
Overall, highly impressed and would strongly suggest it to anyone looking for such a service.
