I was a fan of LG and accordingly I purchased AC of LG. Next year I again purchased same product of LG. But to my utter surprise I was shocked to get three different rate three times from one service centre for servicing of my ACs.
I put service request vide request number RNA 150502072690. Everythime I was offered different rate for servicing of AC and I um utter confused, that whether I had purchased a product from one reputed MNC or a local product from local supplier.
Height of this was that my request was turned down on account of higher charges, while it was a case of unfair pricing and unfair dealing.
Will LG service department or top management will look into the same and make us feel proud for buying lg product. It is really pathetic.
