We bought the purifier a few years back. It was Ok till we had AMC. This year they said they will not give AMC as the machine is old. we needed candles to be replaced. past two months we would have called customer care a dozen tomes to no avail. No one came to repair. They do not care even when they were cautioned I would highlight their neglience and dismal service in social media . since I had poor service issues with Samsung Fridge, I wanted to buy LG fridge. Since LGservice seems to be much worse, I will buy some other brand.
companies became bankrupt on account of unreliability and poor service. may be its the beginning of decline of LG.
