This year in june we have purchased lg split ac 1.5 ton for 28499 from amazon. the quality was so disappointing it is made of very poor quality material it is easily breakable. we are regular users of ac and have never experienced so bad quality. the cooling is so bad it takes so long to cool even a small room . along with cooling it sounds very much like a generator I have also complained a company about the issue and they have failed to resolve the problem so service & support of lg is very poor. service is not only poor but expensive as well. overall I am not satisfied with this AC . during cooling the air from this ac smells very bad which is so disappointing. due to poor quality this ac has no value for money and it is not a reliable product for long term . overall I am very much disappointed not even satisfied and will never recommend LG ac to anyone.
