Hi LG Team/Escalation desk/grievance team,


I have purchased LG refrigerator last September-2022. Within a short span of time the fridge is working in reverse. It seems like a manufacturing defect which is very unusual happening in my LG refrigerator.


Initially I tried to manage with this. But Now the whole refrigerator is working like a freezer. Due to this even the medicines fruits vegetables everything is getting freezed. It has a created a heavy loss on my belongings and to my health.


I brought this to LG-servixe team attention on june-19, 2023. The request number is RNP230624008961. A service technician visited a very next day and informed we don't know what is wrong with the fridge and without anyshame he mentioned. will send someone else as am not capable of solving the issue.


Next person came on next day, he toi without any ashamed says I have not worked in this issue. Will send some one who is capable to resolve. I wondered how come such a leading brand has an unskilled service engineers.


Then the very next day I got this message.


"Dear LG Customer, We took utmost effort to complete your Request RNP230624008961 but unfortunately not able to complete hence cancelling your request without any charges. For any support use https://lg-chatbot.com/web/il?locale=en_IN" I was very disappointed to see this all my efforts and money was made wasted.


How come such a leading brand when the product is under warranty working so carelessly and closing the issue without any resolution. When I enquired on the same day they don't have the answer why this request got cancelled. Then they escalated it to senior and created new request as below.


"Dear LG customer RNP230630012169 is given to ThiyagarajanR . After completion of your work to your satisfaction please share the Happiness Code : 80258 with our Service Engineer to close your Service request. You can also visit us for further support on https://lg-chatbot.com/web/il?locale=en_IN"


Which is the new request at moment going on. Am really disappointed even though this has been highlighted to lg seniors and Eacalation team no one has reached me in Resolving this issue. Inter they are sleeping at office rather working for customers.


Then I was promised that senior service engineer will resolve this issue if not we will plan for replacement or repay the amount you have paid.


In between your customer support asks me to contact seller.seller shahs electronics denied this we are just a seller after selling everything has to be dealed with brand only. Looping seller as well in this mail.


Therecomes the senior service engineers who took video of the issue and left I have taken video and will discuss with others and willtry resolve your problem. So far it is 15days no action from him now comes the next engineer who is saying will replace sensor and we will check and diagnose. I am not ready for this.


My refrigerator is not a playground for your sick worst unskilled and inefficient engineer. Lg should be ashamed of not providing a proper resolution to my issue. Now I don't want any servicd from you I have given you 4 chances 4 different technicians which lg has failed to prove their presence. I think it's such a waste company. I have taken this to my lawyer on this whole issue and he too mentioned the same if the service technicians are not capable and if the product is under warranty brand has to replace it or repay the money along with the debt to the consumer. Have handed over all the required details to my lawyer. Anytime fron no lg can expect a notice from my lawyer.


As a final call to lg after giving 4 chances along with a grace time of 35 days from june -19 till date no solution has been provided. Now If you service and the same issue occurs your uneficient and unskilled technicians will not be able to resolve again and my product will go out of warranty and i would have to pay every single penny from my pocket. I don't want this to happen to me after purchasing product from such a leading brand. Also I have completely lost trust in LG now. Now I can ask for only one, either replace the refrigerator with a new one along with the warranty as I don't want to see the same manufacturing defect again or else payback the amount i paid for this refrigerator along with the loss caused by this refrigerator. I am happy to share the loss created by your brand refrigerator.


Shahs electronics please do follow up on this issue.


LG officers please do some work rather than being silent. Also to LG upper management please take action against your escalation officer and your unskilled technicians.
