My LG fridge was not cooling therefore I had called LG technicians.
On inspection they told me that my compressor was not working and that it needs to be changed.
Now as the compressor comes with 10years warranty therefore it was still under warranty but the issue was it had been a few years and I had also shifted from the city from where I had bought it and during the shifting and my bill was lost .
So even though I had no bill LG was kind enough to change my compressor for free. It took a little while for the unusual request to get processed but I did get free replacement without bill.
