I brought this AC from from Local LG showroom, cost me around 50k and I spent some more 2-3k on installation . From the day I buy It was working decently, but after 2 months It start malfunctioning , this AC takes a lot of time to cool a 1015 room. Morever its sounds too much like a Cooler , it autorestarts on its own even when I'm 10ft distance from it, I cannot able to change the temperature from the remote I have called service support several times but they don't even bother to respons to my texts and messages even single time, So my overalls experience is too bad for this AC
If you have planned to buy AC around this price range, go through with different one like Samsung and Lloyd
