Well this is very third class air conditioner that I ever see or heard about. its customer service and support is also very bad it created very bad noise while running which is very annoying . Well the performance is also very not good cooling after 15 minutes is also not good .
So at the end I would not prefer anyone to purchase this product as even I am suffering from the loss soo please you can but other product with same price and you will get very good product . so do not purchase this product.
