Logged complaint for a broken fridge, that wont cool within 2 years from purchase. Its been more than 4 weeks yet no resolution. They forwarded my complaint to different service centers, departments and multiple engineers. I have to constantly follow up with them. Not once did I receive a call from LG staff proactively. Issue is still unresolved. Pathetic service experience.
