Have purchased on double door refrigerator from LG Best shop, Chennai on 17th March 2022.( Bill copy is attached)
On 9th August, I found that the machine is not working. I have done all the self diagnosis as prescribed in the manual and your website and no success
I booked complaint in LG Customer care and received the service no as mentioned above and subsequently service engineer visited, and told that the
Control board is blown off and they don't have spare and it wont come under warranty since machine warranty is over 4 months before
I asked him to check if the spare available in any other service centers in Chennai. He checked and told that it not available and he made request and it has to come from Delhi and he will
able to fix it by Mondy(14/08/2023)
I patiently waited and contacted then on Monday, I got same answer - waiting for spare and will fix it once they receive it
I waited again and yesterday i.e 16th Aug 23, I contacted you customer care again and escalated the issue. They told me regular anser that your case has been escalated and team is
working to resolve it. Yesterday night I got a message and escalation no as given above
Now my questions are -
Why the machine failed just after 4 months of operation
Why a metro city like chennai do not keeping one single PCB board as spares
Why it is taking 9 days to reach spare from Delhi to Chennai
If at all any extended warranty is available, thn why it was not informed to customer
Even after sending mails to CEO office and MD office(through their web page) no one contacted me
