Hello everyone, I had purchased Lg 1 ton ac on 3 September 2017 from a local showroom nearby my home . After 2 days of working fine, Ac is not cooling the room so I register a complaint against this and after few days a service manager from company came to my house and after checking the ac he is saying that the evaporate coil of Ac is defected and gas is leaking from pipe and he will repair the ac but it was very shocking thing that my new ac is defected and the quality of product is worst that's the ac stooped working in 2 days . After this thing happen one of my friend is saying that the compressor quality of lg company is worst and non-durable . Then on 17 September 2017 my AC is installed again after repairing and now the cooling is not proper in the AC I set the temp to 16 degree Celsius but it feels like 22 degree Celsius, I am fed up of complaining my issue and I let the AC as is it working now but the thing is it stooped working in 2 days of purchase and company is not giving replacement rather that repairing it .Do not buy LG ac, it is the worst quality ac in my life and the service and support is also not good from company
