Got defected laptop & no replacement got yet. Review on Letsbuy

I ordered a Toshiba C640-X4012 laptop on 25th Feb 2012 on credit card payment & got shipment on 5th Mar 2012. But it was defected so did lots of mails and calls to letsbuy.com but very poor response from there side I got then after lot of frustration I wrote a review on mouthshut.com.

After all this I got my laptop on 4th April and now its running fine, thanks for the cooperation you did regarding the replacement.

But, I did not received the Antivirus CD wiht 1.5 Yrs free Subscription which was supposed to be sent with this laptop. on 17th April I got the 4GB Pen dirve after writing tthe review on to the Mouthshut.com.

At the time of returning the laptop. I have been packed the 4GB Pen drive and the anti virus along with the laptop and returned it to you. Before sending the laptop and pendrive+ anti virus to you, I talked with the customer care person and got reply that you should pack all 3 things and send it to us return and so I did but I did not got the the antivirus yet.

I have attached the Invoice sheet(Bill) to this review for your reference and as an evidence, which I sticked on to the laptop parcel (containing 1. Laptop 2. Anti virus CD 3. 4GB Pen drive). I sent the same attached file to FedEx courier person over mail as they were unable to scan the sticked copy of it.

Letsbuy.com wasted my total 2 months span of time and finally did a partial replacement now.

Even after writing review and sending mails and doing calls lot of times I got only the 4GB Pen drive.

I really frustrated now about choosing letsbuy.com.

This time I will really sue you people If I did not get the remaining replacement(Antivirus CD).

I really frustrated after whatever had happened and now I have completely lost my hopes and feeling like I thrown my hard earned money into dust bin.

Thanks to mouthshut.com for the cooperation and its only your courtesy that at least I got the laptop.
