I am writing a review after a looooonnnngggg time. So please excuse, if I make any mistake.
I wanted to buy a cordless phone. I was not sure where should I go for this purchase in Bangalore. One of my friend told me about letsbuy.com. I checked this site & liked one cordlees phone of Beetle. I ordered the phone on 11th October 2011 & made the payment through Credit Card. Within 10 minutes, I got the conformation mail from letsbuy.com about my order details. Wow, it was impressive. But again, I was not interested in mail but was interested in product, which I have ordered.
To my surprise, on 13th October, I got a call from Blue Dart that my courier has arrived from letsbuy.com. But since I was in office at that time, I asked that guy not to deliever that day. Instead, Í went to Blue Dart office on 14th October & picked it up. Immediately, I opened my courier & checked. Bang. It was the same model I have ordered. I got my order, in time, with Completely no damages.
Greattttt. I was impressed.
I was so impressed, that I have ordered 2 pieces of Nokia Handsfree, since mine & My wife's Nokia Handfree (Which came with phone) got some problems. I ordered the handsfree on 14th October. & this time too, letsbuy.com impresses me by dispatching my order in time.
Just now, I recieved a call from Blue dart that my courier has arrived. But again, I am in office. So cant collect my courier now. I'll go to Blue Dart office tomorrow & collect my courier.
Letsbuy.com has good number of products. But, what I liked best is their service. Both of my orders are delievered to me Bang on time.... Actually, I got my orders well before the promised time.
Letsbuy.com, you rock.... Please keep doing the same work.
