We happened to go to Lenonia resorts as part of our company team outing, this was my first visit. I was existed about our team outing. We reached by 9:30-10 am on 21st Dec 2013. The staff were not professional. First impression, the manager was surrounded by(i guess other guests) who were threating him that they will go to consumer court. I thought some one was in bad mood and proceeded to the room allotated to us. There was none(except a person with welcome drinks). The room was not cleaned properly we can see some utensils, (i think from previous party) left with some chocolate wrappers. There was no dust bin in the room. Restrooms were stinking with smell, obviously they were not cleaned that day morning.
Surprising of all, we proceeded to lunch around 1:30. All the guests were guided to one big room and we had to virtually fight to get hold of food items. One of my friends, who is none to speak out, had given tough time to the in-charge manager of the food items, and he just disappeared since he met with similar thing with others who were there at that time.
The items like Veg Kabab were over and we had to wait for 30 min in the line to get them. To get the dessert items, you need to use your muscle power as if we are getting the food for free. We were 65 people, and only 10 of them got chance to sit and eat. There was no dedicated area.
The coke/Thumbs up tin which you get Rs.25 outside is charged 75 rs(this is expensive than Hyd Int. Airport) .Even in places like RFC, it charged Rs.25.
We had a similar time during High-tea. So collectively, a mad decision to visit this place again.
I am not writing this review with some emotion but my friends this is what we experienced yesterday 21st Dec. So in case you are planning for such team event, better check and not just go by what they advertise on their website.
