Well when you think to buy spectacles online, the first name that comes in your mind is Lenskart. Things will be much easier if you have a store near your locality i.e you will select your frame and check whether it suits you or not.


But things are not like this in reality this becomes worse.I ordered 2 spectacles from Lenskart for me and my father, I ordered a bluecut lens specs with zero power for myself and they checked my father eyes because he had a doubt regarding power and according to them he needs specs with power of 1.


I ordered these specs from Lenskart store and they said specs will delivered within 5-6 days.


Delivery time:


The first issue that comes is their delivery time I got a message that my order will be delayed because they are shifting their warehouse.But this not my problem they should inform me this thing while ordering, means they broke their promise. Problem still increase when order didn't came even after 10 days and finally after 19 days I got my product delivered.


This is the worst thing that after paying 4000/- you got your product delivered after 19 days when they promised to delivered it within 5-6 days.


Wrong eyecheckup:


My father got issue related there power he was not able to wear it properly, first we thought we should give it some time to adjust but still after that he was not comfortable in it. Then we walk in Lenskart store and tell this issue but they said it needs time to adjust, so we said we already give this 10 days.


They said that they can't replace specs now and then accidentally their salesman got her tongue slip and she said you can replace only within 14 days and we said it's not been 14 days and then they agree to replace.


Conclusion:


I recommend you to not to buy specs from Lenskart as they don't made their promise and their after sales customer service is very bad.
