The product is one of the best product which I've ever used but sometimes give trouble in windows / crome, and usually gets updated in a while but still suffering from the problem of trashing.
I feel obsessed when I have two or three windows opened and this problem persists . I usually restart the notebook and then problem gets resolved but for such high investment its not a worth to restart the notebook when u r on important work.
product is reliable and the charging also provide me for 3 hrs after a full charge, but many times high end app consumes more power and results in battery discharging earlier.
not a value for money product because able to use more cheap notebook then Z50 provides me.
service and support are available in limited cities and while buying this we must be aware that its available in our city or else it will take almost a month to get it repair.
