I bought a Lenovo Yoga tablet 2 on the date 15th March 2016. I bought it from the thane near mulund, this tablet perform well only till 15 days from I bought it. After the 15 days, it had problems with the tablet turning off, I was playing online video on YouTube suddenly its got switch off, usually pressing the power button for sometime will solve the issue, 2 month I used it with this issue but now it’s not starting even though I kept on pressing the power button for long, but still no on.
Tablet under warranty I gave it to the service centre in thane, shop no.6 basement, navneet bharat society near excellence motor driving school, castle mill naka, thane(west). They told me that they will check it and what is problem they will inform me even after 5 days they did not contact meso I called and asked about my phone, they again told me for a tablet which is not powering on, they have started flashing the firmware and is in a continuous reboot cycle they said that it will take a 15 days or more to resolve it. I am totally shock it is totally unfair! It is not good service they taking too much time to solve the issue still I have not received my tablet. I will not recommend such tablet to you.
