Dear Lenovo Team,
Unfortunately I bought my first LENOVO product(867152025240129 HGADHAK2) and it went dead within 2 weeks of purchase.
None of my other electronic items gave problem within 2 YEARS of purchase.
The unlucky purchase date is 9th August, 2017 and the tab stopped charging from 24th August, 2017.
I did not even think about such a poor quality tab from LENOVO and pathetic customer care.they are undoubtedly tarnishing the image of IBM Thinkpad.
If your product is so pathetic you have to compensate your customers WITHOUT GIVING FURTHER TROUBLE.simple rule, running globally, to sustain.
I want a replacement of my TABLET.
PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR PURCHASING LENOVO ITEM THIS TIME.I AM PROMISING TO YOU - I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM LENOVO IN FUTURE AND WILL LET MY SOCIAL FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT IT
