I have bought this laptop two months ago. After using for 15 days the laptop shut down automatically. And I couldn't start the laptop. Even the charging plug is also not detected on this laptop. So I called the shopkeeper and he said that bring your laptop to our shop. After that, he checked the laptop and said that we have to put this laptop to a warranty. And he said that we will call you after the problem was detected or the problem was solved. He called me after nine days and said that your motherboard is cracked you have to install a new motherboard in this laptop to let it start normally. So I said OK you change the motherboard and whenever the laptop is ready to call me. after that, the dealer said that OK we will change the motherboard but you will have to pay 50% of the amount if you want to change the motherboard. I was like why would I pay for 50% after all this product is already on a warranty. And it's been just a 15 day since I buy this laptop. But the shopkeeper would not agree with me. After that, I took my laptop and repair it to the local service center.
