Today I like to share my experience on Lenovo K3 note I use this mobile from last 2 years the picture quality and the sound quality of this mobile is quite good but the mobile is hanging too much and it becomes too slow when you use 32 GB of memory card, the best part of this Lenovo K3 note is it upgraded version of cardboard however the feature is not to responsive in K3 note as compared to K6.
The call quality of this phone is little bit noisy the sound of the receiver is not getting properly after using of 1 years and now when I going to Lenovo service centre they ask me to change the mic however I already changed the mic three times and the issue will not resolved till now so this is very much frustrating for me to use at the time of meeting and my client calls.
Now I lastly switch to Samsung mobile, I love Lenovo too much but I am not satisfied with the customer service that's why I forced to switch my mobile . And I want these as feedback to lenovo, please improve the customer service centre so that will not be the same issue again and again.
