After using Micromax A52 I decided to go with cheaper and latest 4 inches android mobile phone. After research I found this Lava Iris 405 which looks good and comes under my budget. My using style is very basic like call, sms and some apps used by my kid. No Games played in it.
I bought this mobile on Ebay.in for Rs 5, 161. Using since June 2013. Screen is amazing, touch responsive, having good enough inbuilt space to install some basic apps. Fast enough to run basic things.
I'm only disappointed by battery life. I've to charge it everyday after day. however I should not think it as negative as most of the android mobiles not going to give us good battery life with such a low price! So I'm still happy with it.
If you want cheaper good quality android mobile, you go with this. For battery life you batter buy cheaper Nokia mobile. For example: latest Nokia 109(which I recently bought it for my dad. Which gives 30 days stand by time, 7-8 hour talk time for each charge) I've also posted review of Nokia 109 on MouthShut.

After using Lava iris 405 for 11 month long without any problem.I would like to say is this is just amazing phone and I have not expected such a quality product from brand like Lava.
My mobile's battery life improved from 1 day to to between 1.5 days - 2 days after installing application called App Cache Cleaner. I've switched that app in a automatic cleaning mode on every hour. If you re not gamer and if you want a android mobile I would say this is the best bet which you can get for low price with lots of features which you get on high end top branded android mobile.
