As I went to lakme, first I asked for the beauticians i prefer taking service with, for hair spa. Since they were not there and I was told that only Santhosh is available for hair spa to which I agreed and asked to provide service. He checked my hair and asked me which hair spa u want. To which I asked him to show me the menu. He went to the front desk and came back and asked me to come for the hair wash.
When I asked him which one are u doing he directly said 'morrocon' which is the costliest of all. I said i asked u for the menu to select which one I would like to go with, how could u decide yourself. After that he brought the menu.i chose the spa which includes a head massage prior to spa. He did head massage (5 minutes) and washed the hair. While applying the shampoo, I don't know what he was thinking, all shampoo was going in both of my ears. I asked him to take care of it still he was least bothered and my ears were full of shampoo in it.
After so much trouble finally the head wash was done. Now starts the main spa. But what is this! He just applied the cream and told me that some girl will do the massage. That massage was just ok. When it got finished I waited for about 15-20 mins then some 3rd person comes and tells that she will wash my hair after 5 mins as her client is waiting for some service (eyebrows n upper lip). I mean I was not getting what's going on. After some time the girl who did my massage came n gave hair wash.the third one did the hair dry part. So basically my one service was done by 3 different person. When I asked about it on the front desk where a guy( only guy who sits on front desk, others are girls) was sitting he behaves as if he doesn't have any idea about it. I asked him if the person was not ready to provide the service u should have told me beforehand.
But he was so rude, he told that what is the problem at least ur service is finished. He said it doesn't matter how many people are doing the service. Really?? He said that we don't entertain people coming without taking an appointment still we gave u service. OMG. So kind of u. U are doing me favour by providing me service as if I am getting it for free. When I told that he could have told me that I have not taken the appointment and the service will be given in such way then I would have decided whether I need it or not. But to this he was blank. And I am a frequent visitor there and never faced any issue without taking an appointment. and the other people( all girls) from the front desk also never told me that appointment is must for the service.
This guy (front desk guy) was also there so many times but never told about this thing but suddenly it became mandatory.
If this is the way u people are going to be then be prepared for future results.
