Absolute nonsense and nuisance.
I bough two eyeliners Lakme Absolute Forever Silk Eye Liners (Electric Violet & Jaded Mint) and the telescopic mechanism of both never worked.
Worst still I wrote to their customercare and its been three months but they have not been able to replace the faulty eyeliners.
They do not respond for months. Then suddenly they call and say there was a technical difficulty so my product has not reached me but then again nothing.I fail to understand what technical difficulty does not get resolved in months.
