First of all, if there was an option below 1 star, I would have given them this. I had applied for a home loan. I had everything ok and genuine. Still, it took approx 4 months and at last when I felt that this is not going to complete I quit and told them that I don't need home loan any more from them.
My loan was sanctioned in the month of April'19 and it even didn't get completed till Till July'19 end. Initially, the person was handling my loan application did a very good and quick job. I got sanctioned letter very quickly and was going further. But after some time that person got transferred to some other city then my case transferred to another person. From there the whole tragedy started.
First of all, that person took 2 months to complete all formalities and that was after my regular follow up and even various formalities were already completed by the first person and suddenly when my loan amount was about to disburse. I was told that I will have to apply for the loan again. Reason was that first time all documentation was done online and they found some issue with online process now will have to apply again manually. What kind of excuse this was?
Whole universe is going towards digitization and they were asking to go other direction. Anyway I applied again and submitted my document 2nd time. That again took 1 month and even after one month I was not getting an assurance when will my loan application will be finalised. On my every call I was getting a request for a new document. It was so frustrating. Sometimes I was being given hint that my loan is not so big so I should go for Personal Loan instead of home loan. 6-7 lac rupees loan is small for these people. What kind of joke it is?
It was like one of your relative visit doctor and have to go through a minor operation and doctor delaying that again and again with being reason of a small operation. Seriously ridiculous!
It was so frustrating that even after 3-4 month time period I was in a situation where I had no clue when my loan will get finalised and seller who was selling property to me was daily asking me the date when will he get that loan amount. Anyhow I managed to stop him from going for any legal action because the loan disbursement date was going long and long and more this organisation doesn't have any data of your home loan application.
I tried to contact them and I got reply that they don't have any data of mine. If I have to ask anything that will be that person who is handling my loan application case. This was so strange that only an individual has all your data. If that person is not interested to allow you to take the loan then you will have to sit empty hand. A financial organisation doesn't have records of your loan application, you can not track anything or what is the exact reason behind all those hurdles. Nowadays even a small courier company have fascility of tracking your courier.
I'm surprised how such organisation gets banking and financial activity license. This organisation is simply rubbish. They just waste your time and force you to trouble.
