KV Enclave - No Occupancy Certificate

ATTENTION: I own a flat in this apartment building, all the following information is based on facts. Please beware if you are planning to buy a property here.

1. This apartment does not have an ‘Occupancy Certificate’.

   
   




2. The entire top floor is unauthorised.

   
   




3. The apartment was approved for 7 units but the 8th unit was constructed illegally. However, the Undivided Share of Land is divided into 8 parts instead of 7 causing loss of 35 to 45 Sft to each of the other owners.

   
   




4. The flats in the top floor have heavy roof leakage issue since from the beginning.

   
   




5. One of the owners is a relative of the builder and he has forcefully taken possession of some common areas.
