Hungama Ho Jaaye....... Review on Kuch Kehti Hai Yeh Dhun

Kuch Kehti Hai Yeh Dhun is the latest musical show aired on Sony TV every Monday at 8:30 pm. This show is hosted by none other than the cute looking Raageshwari who is known for her acting, dancing, and singing abilities all over India. This show is basically about guessing the right tunes as suggested by the name. This show has a total of three teams and each team has two participants. The winner is decided after three exiting rounds.

Round 1

Round 1 is a pretty simple round. It is a buzzer round where a tune is played and the team that guesses the right tune first wins ten points. The exiting and different thing about this tune playing round is that participants get to choose the tunes from some categories displayed on the big screen. A total of nine tunes are played in this round and regardless of the number of points scored all three teams make it to the second round.

Round 2

Round 2 is a bit more exciting where you get to hear Raageshwari sing. Raageshwari would sing any random song and each song she sings would contain the name of a movie. Participants have to guess the name of movie, hit the buzzer and then sing a song from that particular movie. For example if Raageshwari is singing, ''Yeh Mera Dil Pyaar Ka Deewana''. Then it has two movie names, ''Dil'' and ''Deewana''.

The team that would guess it first and sing a song from that movie correctly will win ten points. Only two teams advance to round three and the team lagging behind in this round is eliminated.

Round 3

Get ready for action guys, its the third round. Raageshwari would give the two teams a hint about the tune that is about to be played and the two teams bid on the amount of time, they would need to rightly guess the tune and sing that song. That amount of time could be anywhere from 6 to 1 seconds. If the team guesses it right they are awarded 1 point but if they guess it wrong, point is awarded to the other team. The previous points scored don't matter here and whichever team wins the three points first wins this round.

Round 4

It is sort of a bonus round where the winning team plays to win a trip to Singapore(exciting!). Its a timed round and it goes something like this: There are five monitors in the studio located next to one another and one of the participant has to run around the studio to each monitor, carefully listen to the tune played when he/she is at eah computer, look at all four answer choices given and judge the right one. The participant would get a total of 60 seconds to do that. The time taken by the participant is clocked and then for each correct anwer we here a beep sound. If all five choices are correct then the winning team wins the bonus round, that is two tickets to Singapore.

However if there are some wrong answers, the other member of the team would have whatever is left out of 60 seconds to correct them. The hard thing however is that the team doesn't knows which monitor has recorded the wrong answer.

Its really difficult(at least for me, LOL) to penn down the whole show here but I would definitely recommend all the members reading this review to check out this show at Sony TV, every Monday at 8:30 pm. The only drawback of the show is too many commercials but that is a common thing these days, and thats when your remote control comes in handy.
