In my previous tour from Bangalore to chennai, I had worst experience with KPN travels. I had booked it from Bangalore to Chennai from Silk Board at 9:30 night time. It came after 11:00 pm. It was late for almost 2 hour. When we asked for reason of delay, conductor talked rudely and blamed city traffic for the delay.
Bus was also worst in maintenance. Sear was not comfortable, curtain was very old and bad smell. Since long time, It has not been changed. AC was very chilled and there was no blanket provided and next day, I suffered due to fever and cold.
Driver was also not good. His driving was not good and smooth.
Next time, please don't go by this KPN tourist operator.
