I used to use KPN service right from year 2000. It was all good back in those days. Their service deteriorated gradually and now reached a point where customers are beggars and drivers and their shitty servants are masters. I wanted to share two of my worst experiences due to which I stopped travelling in their buses.
Once when I travelled from Salem to Bangalore, I was unable to close the window and all the cold air was blowing into my face and was unable to sleep. When I complained [in the bus and in their office], no one bothered to even respond and didn't care to even say a "sorry".
Next was very recently when I travelled from Bangalore to Trivandrum. They allocated some tamilnadu permit bus and due to this they stopped the vehicle inj Kerala / Tamilanadu border after nagerkoil. We were waiting there for 2 hours before another kerala permit bus came and picked us up.
