I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai by KPN on 22-10-15 to be boarded from Madiwala. The boarding time was mentioned as 11:15 Hrs. No one responded to the telephonic calls made to 080-25525699/25526055. Bus number was messaged as KA 51 A 9994 at 11:30 PM. When I called the helpline number at Salem, they kept on saying that the bus has already left.
After 10 calls, they gave the mobile no of driver of this vehicle no & he informed me that the bus is in Hosur. The helpline number gave land line no of kalasipalayam and the mobile no of the in charge. As usual, there was no response. Then I got the mobile no of Madiwala who informed me that the office is closed. The boarding point and the office in madiwala are different. My son at last got his bus at 12:30 Hrs. I would like to know the reasons as to why this type of messing up of the issue.
