Fraud in Bangalore - KPML Packers and movers. Review on KPML Packers and Movers

I recently choose transportation from KPMLPACKERSANDMOVERS from Bangalore and found out that, they are the biggest fraud in Bangalore. They don't do things which they promise and will take all the amount from your pocket and do not respond to your luggage and baggage.

Here is the full story on what happened and how I found that they are cheating.

I wanted to relocate my household goods from Bangalore to Nellore(Andhra Pradesh) and started searching for packers and movers in Bangalore. Somehow, I found these packers and movers and did not find any reviews about them. So, thought of choosing them for my service.

I was in 5BHK home(2 Bikes), and I called their number for a goods check and to give a rough estimation price. They send one guy and he quoted me around 40K which is a fair amount to go with. I said like, GST is extra which is also fair.

He also promised us, he will be giving a complete container for my household shifting and the container will start from my house itself, and household goods won't be going to their warehouses.

I have also told them like, all the wooden items which we have are costly, and I do not want any damage to them. They promised that not even a single scratch will be there on wooden items, and there will be 3 layer packing.

And my house shifting was in the month-end, and they send 3 guys to my house for packaging. They came at around 12:00 PM and started packing the stuff, and it went to until midnight 2:00 AM which is really bad. For a few of the items, they did good packing, but some of the items they did not.

Their package material is very cheap, and the package boxes are easily tearable, and they are very small in size.

As I said, we already confirmed for 40K+GST and my expectation was the same. Once they complete all the packaging which was around 02:00 AM, the actual business owner came home and to get the amount from me.

Thing is, he again quoted 65K and he was telling me like, sir your items are very huge and we will take more price now. HERE, THEY LOCKED ME WITH THE PACKAGES AND IN THE NIGHT 02:00 AM, HE IS FORCING ME TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF 65K AT THAT TIME.

I was also exhausted, and not able to talk much and paid him everything that he needs, and he promised me that around early morning 10:00 AM the vehicle will start to Nellore.

After 3 days,

We received the items, not in a container, and it's a normal 4 wheeler lorry. He sends 3 other customer baggage with in the same lorry, and you can imagine how much pressure they have put on my language. I was mostly concerned about my wooden furniture and I have not received them in a good condition.

While moving my baggage from lorry to home, I called the packers and movers guy 60 times and he is not lifting the calls. I send him all the WhatsApp images of what happened, he did not respond to the calls. Then I realized to go to Bangalore and wanted to speak with him in person.

I went to their KPML warehouse and already found that other customers are actually beating them with some local police, and found that their warehouse is much smaller than public toilets. I was so blind to believe these guys, they put all my baggage outside the warehouse, and thank god there were no heavy rains at that time.

SO, WHAT THEY DO IS THEY GIVE YOU LESS PRICE TO LURE YOU.

THEY COMPLETE ALL THE BAGGAGE AND WILL FORCE TO YOU PAY MORE.

YOU WILL GET THE ITEMS AS DAMAGE.

THEY DO NOT LIFT THE CALLS.

IF YOU ALSO WANT TO MOVE FROM BANGALORE TO OTHER PLACES LIKE NELLORE, THEN DO NOT SPEAK WITH ANY PACKERS AND MOVERS IN BANGALORE, BETTER GO AND SPEAK ABOUT THE TRANSPORTATION IN YOUR HOME TOWN(NELLORE), AND THEN LET THEM ARRANGE EVERYTHING FOR YOU.

FOR 65K, I would be getting a much better response and much better package and also receives the better delivery without much damage.
