Very poor and Torturous Service. I had given all required documents to excutive of kotak securities for demate account opening but they activated only cash segment, i did make call to their toll free number/ excutive again and again, they did not activated commodity and derivative segments, despite resolving my issue they demanded account statement again saying that previous one not acceptable. I gave my account statement again but still they did not activate margin in intraday trading in commodity segment. Even i took paid service and around 1100/-Rs. Deducted from my demate account. Its arounf three months have gone but still they are demanding more documents to activate margin in intraday trading in commodity segment. Even after aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs.1100/- and giving hard copy of all the self attachted documents, they are saying that your account is online opened, so they can not provide more than times of margin in commodity segment and that too after further document process.
