Called multiple times to support and not helping to stop the demat account at least to stop the charges. If the user not logged into the account at least they can deactivate their account with in couple of months. I have not even logged into the account since 8 yrs and don't have details. Asking them to close. Now they are saying to pay the amount every time the charges are increasing.
Such a worst product and services. One of their executive making fool customer to their to save their jobs and target. They said nothing will happen and no charges. Not even explained this situation also that their will be charge if you will not log into the account for long yrs.
Please stop making fools or take action against those executives who are making fool to their friend and family.
