Guys,
I have tasted the products and services of many banks via loans or cards directly or indirectly. I had very good experiences with most of the bank services I availed. Some, though not very good but good or ok services, I had no complaint for them.
But, I had bitter experiences with KOTAK card. Thought I have maintained the one time payments, any time I raise an balance transfer request, they are just rejecting. Not even informing. We have to call them to know the status. Generally, request will be rejected if we don't have sufficient available balance in card or not maintaining the on time payment history. Here I have full limit available. I don't have any balance to pay, they have to give me back Rs.2.50 for extra payment. Still they are rejecting, if I ask they have no reason.
At least I was expecting the timely communication regarding the request so that I will think of alternatives.
You will not know the status of request until you call them waste your currency to listen that your request is rejected.
With my experience, I would like to let know that,
You can't Trust(if apply for service and if you trust you will get result in few days, last minute you will get shock that your request got rejected and you will not have time to think of alternative)
Very poor Communication(you will not receive any update regarding your request unless you call back to see status after a long time wait)
Very poor Service(Not a timely service)
Very poor Customer Care(Either they lack in information or they don't want to respond)
Poor net banking. You will not have proper options to select what you want to do. Neither you get reference number for the request raised or you can track it online.
I bought insurance, got into loss. I have not complaint on this as it is market base. But, they might not be knowing where to invest. Other bank insurance, I'm in profit.
Overall not satisfied at all. I'm giving 1 star rating because I don't have option to select zero.
It my purely my experience, nothing related to other experience. It may not be same with other.

Please, go through my transaction history and understand what type of relation I maintained and what type of services you gave. If you agree, correct your loopholes else go ahead and rock however you are now. I had put my card cancellation request. Please, fulfill this request promptly, don't give my shock that this request also been shocked. I have no balance to pay, if possible give me back my Rs. 2.50/- extra payment I did:).
