Hate Kotak Credit card!. Review on Kotak Mahindra Bank Visa Credit Card

Kotak Mahindra Bank Visa Credit card provides one of the worst services ever.

Would like to draw my incidence with Kotak Mahindra bank Credit Card.

I got bill for rs.24000 something and I paid 2 cheques within due date one for rs 10000 and another one for rs. 14000 plus something.

Next month I received the statement saying old dues of rs.10000 plus taxes and late fine and service tax on it.

I immediately inform the customer care and after 5/6 days they confirm that my payment was received but by than I have made the payment after the deduction of rs.10000 plus other charges.

Again next month they put the charges and late payment fees and when this time I asks them why this charges and late feea than they told that this is norm and you have to pay as per the statement and you will get the reversal in next month.

I said madam you have charged rs.10000 and want me to pay and for non payment you charge intrest and late payment fees is not done. How can I make the payment. You have done the mistake so sort within your department. She said my request never to make payment after deduction as it is the rule and please make the payment in full and we will reverse the charges.

I did all the payment and to my surprise they have never reversed the entire charges.

I have blocked my card with kotak and will never ever uae their services.
