A few weeks ago, I happened to open a Savings bank account with Kotak Mahindra Bank. SInce they are offering a high interest rate. So when I contacted an executive was sent from their branch, who came and collected all the forms and went. Now 3 weeks have passed. I was keeping on calling the branch to get my account number.
They provided with the number last week, But till now they have not sent me the welcome kit. If you enquire at their call centre the reply is that we have sent it already and you will get it soon. They are not prepared even to give the consignment number of the courier. SO far I have not received any courier and unable to operate my account. I wonder, it has been already a month and when my account is going to get activated.
