Very worst experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Their Executives and the Senior Experience do not have ettitquites to talk Senior Executive names-Amit Ghalot, Aditya Shokeen and Krishna Jadhav they both had given wrong commitments to me.Amit has disconnected my call in between of my conversations and used abusive words on call, and did nir answer my query, Aditya gave me wrong commitment, Krishna Jadhav was very rude on call with me, Kajal Goli she also gave the wrong commitments.I font why the hire thus kind of foolish people in their call center.Very pathetic service. Please give them proper training and teach them how treat their customers, because of us the bank is earning, bank us not giving us any free service.Please take a necessary action against these people.So in future they won't repeat this, and they will also not spoil the reputation of the bank.
