I did a transaction on 14th July using the Payment gateway of Kotak bank. The money got deducted in seconds from my KM S/B A/C, but not credited to the merchant even after 10 days & had been following up with the customer service of both the bank & merchant bank, both are trying to pass on to each other but not crediting my money. KM bank PG is the worst bank PG that I had come through in my entire life where I lost money & customer service is very COLD FEETED. Please do not use KM PG
