I feel now kotak is one off the worsted service giving to customer and the department are not giving valuable satisfactory services to customer, all are credit department person is useless. Tomorrow I am shere my feed back on Facebook/Twitter. And I am cancelling my bank account. Sbi/canara/hdfc bank are giving good services to customer.all of u nothing, only ur creating bad feedback on ur organization.

Mr, Harshada Chavan/Kotak Team, Last 13Days My Problem was Not Resolved From Ur End. Before Credit Issued, On That Time My Mail Id Was Right After That Credit Issued On That Time Mail ld Id Was Wrong Entered On My Kotak Account Mr, Harshada Ur said that Within 5days ur resolving my complaint, but its 13day, No replay from ur side. When I Called To Customer Care. They said That I want to go nearest branch and give a application to change mail id. but my question is why I have to give application. its mistake from kotak credit Department side. they are entered wrong mail id. its fault from user side then why u suffering to customer. its my right mail id - harishhuasg@gamil.com I want to replay from ur side.
