Hi guys Such a worst telecommunication I ever found by this bank. We need to pay 1 rupee even though there are associated persons are busy. Today I have called customer care of kotak bank. As soon as I call, I get the busy tone by saying all associated persons are busy. For that I had to pay pay 1 rupee for from my mobile currency. After 10 minute I called again. At that time again I got busy tone. For that I had pay 1 rupee again. Like this I called 7 times. All the seven times I got busy tone. So I lost 7 rupees without talking them. I agree the 7 rupees are not big amount. Like me, 1000 people call you daily. What if all 1000 people had to pay without talking to associate person. Its a complete worst system. Its okay to loose money if we talk with the associated persons. Why should we pay for kotak bank without talking with any associated person? Its a really ridiculous.
Moreover its a very difficult process to get associated person on call to talk. For connecting with them we need to do lot of process from our mobile. Something like we need enter the card number and pin number, etc. Such a late process here.
The automated tone we are getting that is very slow. Something like we need to follow the automated voice by a girl as soon as we call the customer care and we need to press the digits as the girl voice indicates. But its a very hectic process by comparing to other bank. Other banks associated persons will get very easily to talk on call. Its a ridiculous process I found ever in kotak bank.
Definitely I'll suggest the people very bad about kotak bank if people ask me about the bank to open their account in kotak. Hell about it. Thank you
