Kotak Mahindra Bank is an Indian Privates sector banking service provider. I had salary Account with this Kotak Mahindra Bank, the banking services are not good and the bank staff are not respond to solve the problems of customers. Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM centers are very very less compare with the others banks such as SBI, ICICI, HDFC etc. Kotak Mahindra Bank has started the banking services in 2003, the bank has headquartered in Mumbai, Maharastra. The bank is offering services like SMS Banking, Phone Banking, Online Banking etc. It is very difficult to open the account in this bank because the banking staff are not responding properly, I wonder that about the staff working why means in Private sector banks are always looking to good service to customers in better ways. This is the worst bank in the private sector in India. ING Vysya Bank has merged with Kotak Mahindra Bank with effect from April 1st 2015.
Without any intimation the bank has deducting the amount from the account. The Kotak Mahindra Bank is offering Car loans, Personal loans, Home loans but the rate of interest is high when we compare with the SBI. Kotak Mahindra Bank has more than 640 branches throughout the our country. Kotak Mahindra Bank has to improve from all aspects. The bank has to implement new banking features. The Kotak Mahindra Bank has to take feedback from the customers to improve the banking services to the customers. Here I'm recommending to all its better to choose other than this bank.
