I have an OD account with the bank. Customer care called to transact some amount on the account to stay away from the non-operational charges. After doing that also, they have charged me 2 times fees of 4000 Rs. Total Rs. 8000.


They just want to suck blood of anyone who get trapped with them.

Their RM are blood sucker as well. they are broker for these fines and charges.
