Staff are joining in this company as this has a good brand reputation but nothing else is there to get anything from this company.
The best staff in the company also leaving the jobs and going to other companies. The main problem is it doesn't look like any office atmosphere it is somewhat like school.
Work place should have some rules but rules are dominating the place staff feel very stress and very strict rules like any army camp.
There should be some positive environment to feel comfort and work happily but that is not seen there. Career growth is not that good we can take it as a temporary job and search for better one.
Salary and benefits are average and it should some fair pay to satisfy the staff. Management is not that good in looking after the problems of staff.
