I have policies for many years with ICICI Prodential and LIC and running them for more than 20 years. But with Kotak Life, their support team most unresponsive. Kotak Agents are liers and poorly educated. They updated my address incorrectly, and not correcting it even after reminders. ECS for auto debit is not working because they didn't provide authorization letter.
Their toll free helpline doesn't work on weekends or on public holidays. They are very diligent in calling all the time to remind you for the premium payments on time, but they forget all the requests you raise with their their help desk.
