I feel this review is:
Kotak life Insurance company is not a user friendly company for take a Life insurance policy. I took a life insurance policy from Kotak Life Insurance company. The agent was Nirmal Dutta. I invest almost 30000 in 3 years. But after 3 years the agent was missing and he didn't came to collect my premium. After that I was tried to contact Customer support to claim about the Agent. But customers support was useless. Then I went to their office and claim for refund of my savings amount in that insurance policy. They took my request and told me It will be refunded with in 15 days. But it takes almost 3 months to refund. What a pathetic experience that was. So friends don't take Insurance from this company and be safe from fraud. That's my opinion.
