Hello friends , myself Ramanand and going to talk about a Kotak-811 mobile bank app.
As I tried to open bank account but my app crashed after that when I tried to register then it shows already registered. I got a call from Kotak that an executive will come and visit me regarding documents , the ececutive called me and confirmed the timing but didn't visit to my office and after a long interval the came and solve my problems.
and I was happy with Kotak zero balance bank acount with a physical debit card but as soon as I completed full KYC verification my account got converted into Kotak 811 Edge in which we need to maintain Rs.10000 AMB ( average monthly balance ) . Their represententive tried to convince me to upgrade as 811 edge but I didn't approved to get my account into 811 edge. They always used to cheat with customers.
