Actually worst than 3rd Class service.
My 32 inch smart TV conked off during the warranty period.
Customer care and the store purchased from are totally negligent of the customer experience to be provided. It's been over 3 weeks and the replacement has still not been sent to my residence. Customer care replies that they can see in their app that the replacement has been done. Store manager at Hypercity malad, Ibrahim Shaikh, is totally unhelpful. When you call him, he will always say he will call back in half and hour but he has not called even once in last three weeks that I am trying to get my replacement. Koryo after sales is pathetic. Future group Rakesh Biyani........ Message for you. Your employees on your payroll are messing it up. This kind of pathetic customer service is not going to take your group any further. There are loads of competitors in the market for you. Take my advice and straighten up your customer service and operations act, before it's too late after the market change their mind about going to future group outlets.
